Shipping and Delivery Fees
Shipping fees are directly related to the weight of the package and the delivery location. To check the shipping cost for a specific product, we invite you to add the items to your cart.
This way, the shipping fees will be displayed below the product details.
For items marked “In Stock”:
Shipping within France:
COLISSIMO delivery WITH or WITHOUT signature within 48 to 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
COLISSIMO Pickup Relay (La Poste network) within 48 to 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping to French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM):
COLISSIMO delivery WITH or WITHOUT signature within 5 to 7 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping to the European Economic Community (EEC):
COLISSIMO delivery WITH signature within 3 to 8 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
SHIPPING FEES - CUSTOMS DUTIES - TAX-FREE PURCHASES
Tax-free purchases are automatically applied when you create an account and select the appropriate billing and shipping country.
Your order will be shipped with a customs declaration document (CN23) and an invoice copy. Any applicable taxes, VAT, or duties are the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival, based on the prevailing rates in their country.
For shipping costs outside the EU and to French Overseas Territories (DOM/TOM):
It is essential to create a customer account with the correct delivery location.
For French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM), please select the corresponding country (Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Polynesia, etc.) instead of “France”.
Once your account is created, you can add items to your cart, and the shipping fees will be displayed below.
Please ensure the correct destination country is selected to avoid errors.
A tracking link for your package is available in your shipment confirmation email via Colissimo.
Once the package status is marked as “Delivered” on Colissimo’s website, it means it has been delivered to your mailbox or local post office.
If no delivery notice has been left by your postman, please note your Colissimo tracking number and inquire about your package at the post office.
⚠️ Important: If the package is marked as “Delivered” on the tracking site, it has been delivered by your postman directly to your mailbox.
Your NAME must be clearly visible on your mailbox to prevent returns.
